Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies


Please do not return products without first receiving an RMA from us.

* You may email us to get an RMA number and tell us the serial number. Products that are returned without this information may not be processed for refund.

* We will gladly accept your return provided it has not been installed or damaged.

* There will be a 15% restocking fee for all merchandise returned.

* There will not be a fee for orders cancelled prior to being shipped out.
